How it all works...

Teams are provided with dog treats, icing and props. Each team will be inspired to create a themed arrangement designed to get their creative minds flowing.

The fun and competition starts immediately as each team rolls a dice to "fight" for first choice of 6 different themes in which they will need to form a plan on how to implement a design that they can execute together as a team.

You'll discover more about your employees as they go

head to head through this healthy competition. As soon as they put on their chef coats they will have to work as a team to win this creative battle while racing against the clock.

As this one of a kind team building experience reaches the final 30 minute mark the contestants will race to the finish while judges tally team points based on creativity and teamwork of each final project.

The pressure continues as the clock counts down and judges observe how the team members work together on their final project goals.

The experts at Pastries 4 Pets Dog Treat Training Academy are ready to level up your team building... Is your team ready for the challenge?

Meet Your Host: Donna Shovlin

Over 12 years ago, Donna Shovlin started Pastries 4 Pets selling homemade decorated dog treats at Farmers Markets, expos, craft shows, online and within one year after opening; the owner also opened a retail store. After opening her first retail store, Donna decided to offer her dog treat icing products to other dog bakeries so they would have a healthy frosting to spoil dogs.

Eventually, the dog icing products required a larger space to operate out of and Donna closed her second retail store to move to a factory. While selling the dog icings she realized so many other Entrepreneurs were always asking for help in starting their own dog treat businesses. Since she knew there was a lot involved, she started online courses to educate bakers on how to get started and on how to make money selling dog treats part or full time.

The Academy is designed to teach dog bakers how to decorate and sell dog treats. The idea to open the doors to corporations came about after watching numerous baking shows.  Donna decided to open the Academy doors to corporations and their managers so they can observe how their employees interact in small teams while having fun in a baking style competition.
